Shipping/Intake:
Job Description:
- Accuracy in picking, packing, processing and shipping daily orders with Shopify and CommentSold programs
- Receive new inventory and import into systems for inventory tracking
- Taking photos and creating barcodes for new said inventory
- Tagging new imported inventory, steaming, and relocating them to bins
- Responsible for inventory management in an accurate and timely manner
- Stocking and storing all materials assigned in its corresponding location
- Frequent bending, lifting, loading, unloading of up to and possibly over 50 pounds

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator:
Job Description:
- Help develop an annual Strategy & plan as a collaborative team to include and schedule all content, paid social media and community engagement along side Mikayla.
- Help research trends on social media platforms
- Create strong, compelling content with merchandising teams to ensure relevancy
- Engage in two-way conversations with customers on social media platforms on a daily basis
- Provide customer service answers through social media platforms
- Create and schedule content and copy for Facebook, Pinterest, Email List and Instagram pages
- Tracking, data entry, and data analysis
Job Qualifications
- Extremely detailed orientated
- Have knowledge of the inner workings of each social media channel as a user and admin
- Able to maintain a keen understanding of our customer and the products they love
- Able to communicate effectively with the entire team
- Takes and gives direction
- Able to Multi-task
- Extremely creative and craft with words for captions
Model:
Job Description:
- Fit models - product demonstraters. Able to try on and
demonstrate products via video or photo to share with
customers. -
Live sales models - sales associates willing to be on video,
talk about products and interact with customers in real
time. -
Lifestyle photo model or influencers - attend photoshoots,
model products. This person identifies as the face of the
store for all places like social, website, promotional items,
emails etc. -
Be willing to sign a non-compete in regards to modeling
for other boutiques or similar businesses.
Semester Intern:
Description:
- Help with measuring clothing of new arrivals
- Create product descriptions of clothing for E-commerce website
- Create visual merchandising of storefront including windows displays
- Help with the process of creating content with social media manger
- Help with the maintenance and up keep of storefront
- Work with the buying team on purchasing and opinion of inventory

Sales Associate:
Description:
- Serves customers by helping them select products
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Greet and welcome customers
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

- Help with the process of creating content with social media manger
