- Online orders ship through USPS or UPS. Tracking information is issued and emailed when the order is shipped.

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for some reason you do not, we have a 14 day return policy.
We accept all returns made within 14 days from the date on your receipt for in store purchases, from the delivery date for shipped online purchases, and for pick up orders, one day after the pick up order was placed.
All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Once received, returns will be processed within 2 business days.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Shipping fees are not refundable.
All sale items are final sale.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
All in store pickup orders left unpicked up over 60 days will be donated.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 304-881-1416 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM ET. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
